Squad training software

Training software for sports coaches.

SquadLog is where a school, club or gym coach builds the week’s training, puts it on the screen, and sees who actually did it. Built by a coach, used every week by real squads in South Africa.

What it does

Build the week. Multi-week programs or one-off sessions. Gym and conditioning. Set loads as a percentage of a player’s one-rep max, an absolute weight, an RPE, a distance or a time — whatever that session actually needs.

Put it on the screen. SquadLog runs a training board on any TV or monitor in the gym. Today’s session, the warm-up first, a live timer, and the current part of the session highlighted — all controlled from the coach’s phone from across the floor. The board shows no player names and no personal information.

See who trained. Players log their sets as they go, on their phones. Coaches mark attendance by roll-call and review weekly compliance on one screen.

Track the testing. Bronco, intermittent fitness tests, broad jump, vertical jump, sprint times — or any test a coach defines. Enter a whole squad’s results on a testing day, then see squad averages and each player’s history over the season. Export it as a PDF.

Know your players. Height, weight, strengths, weaknesses and one-rep max history in one profile, so a coach programs from what a player can actually do today.
